Our process starts while we are scheduling your initial service. Our knowledgeable receptionists will learn as much as possible about your situation and can give you a general idea as to what is needed during the service. We pride ourselves in making sure they have enough knowledge to get you started with a basic idea of what the service entails.
We will then send out a service specialist that will assess the situation and tell you exactly what he will be doing and how he can fix the situation. If further repairs are needed we will then send out a repair specialist to build and repair the damaged area.
Our process continues when you set up an Extended Service Plan. We will continue to monitor your pest situation on a set schedule (i.e. monthly, quarterly, etc.) until the situation has been taken care of. Regular monitoring of the situation also helps prevent the pests from coming back.
